My name is Alayna Fiel and I am a junior at Central Michigan University. I am currently majoring in Journalism. This blog is required for my JRN 102 class and is about my journey as a vegetarian for the past three and a half years and how I have developed as a vegetarian over the years. I went around and interviewed several people from the Mt. Pleasant area disucssing their thoughts on vegetarian/veganism.
Once COVID-19 hit our state, I transitioned my blog from a vegetarian blog to weekly updates on my life during this pandemic lockdown. I feel it is important to document times like this because we have only ever heard about situation’s like this in our history classes and textbooks. We are experiencing a historic event as we speak.
